Admission to North Springs Charter High School is based on the following criteria:
- Prospective student lives within North Springs Charter High School attendance zone
- Admission is guaranteed
- Magnet participation is optional
- Admission into the magnet program is not guaranteed - See below
- Bus transportation is provided
- There are no costs to attend North Springs Charter High School
- Prospective student lives within Fulton County Schools attendance zone, but not within North Springs Charter High School attendance zone
- Attendance is subject to open space
- For North county students, bus transportation is provided if the student participates in at least one of the magnet programs
- For South county students, bus transportation is provided if the student participates in both of the magnet programs
- Magnet participation is optional for students, however bus transportation is contingent upon it
- Admission into the magnet program is not guaranteed - See below
- All non-magnet students should apply through the charter program
- There is no cost to attend North Springs Charter High School
- Prospective student lives outside of Fulton County attendance zone
- Attendance is subject to open space
- Magnet participation is optional
- Admission into the magnet program is not guaranteed - See below

- Bus transportation will not be provided
- A fee equal to the Fulton County cost per pupil tax allotment will be charged
- Although the fee varies every year, this cost is usually $4,000-$7,000
- Must be paid in full by the 10th day of school
