The ESOL program provides students whose primary language is not English an opportunity to acquire language and content skills needed for success in and out of school. Students develop proficiency in listening, speaking, writing, and reading English, and become acclimated to American culture through language-based activities. All instruction in the ESOL program is given in English to facilitate the acquisition of English language skills.
