North Springs is well known for its outstanding visual and performing arts magnet founded in 1996. This interest-based magnet program allows students to pursue their passions in dance, drama, choral music, film, instrumental music, musical theater, visual arts and technical theater alongside the academic courses needed for graduation, post secondary education and professional careers. As a result, North Springs Spartans are able to perform in or attend countless amazing performances, shows, gallery exhibits, and film festivals throughout the year, take AP courses in the arts and be members of various art, music and theater arts honor societies.
