North Springs is a dual magnet and charter school. This can give your child the opportunity to attend North Springs if they live in Fulton County. Please call the counseling office for more information regarding the charter and magnet enrollment options and possibilities.
If you live in the North Springs attendance zone and are planning on enrolling please bring the following
items:
From your previous school
- Withdrawal form from previous school
- A copy of your official transcript
- Discipline/Attendance records
- Special needs Documentation (if applicable)
From you
- 2 items that provide proof of residency (such as a copy of your lease or mortgage,
- a current utility bill, a recent paycheck stub showing your address, a current
- insurance card showing address information, etc...)
- Parent/Guardians’ drivers license
- Affidavit of residence signed by permanent resident/guardian (these forms are
- available at North Springs and if proof of residency is brought you can have the
- affidavit notarized on site
- Immunization records
- Student’s social security card
- Student’s birth certificate
- Proof of guardianship if you are not the natural parent
