Welcome back to North Springs Charter High School!
We are delighted you’ve chosen to virtually visit your alma mater and hope you’ll physically join us when in town for school events, i.e. Spartan Athletic meets/games, critically acclaimed performing arts productions and fund-raising parties.
North Springs maintains a strong and nationally acclaimed reputation for academic excellence, charter and magnet status, which attracts students from across metro Atlanta. Spartan pride justifiably carries on! However, many changes have taken place over the years with enrollment, demographics and the campus infrastructure. The campus is 48 years old. The largest freshman class just began the new school year. Over 40% of the student population is eligible for free and reduced lunch.
Fulton County has limited funds to support the needs of the curriculum, building, faculty and students. As a result, Friends of North Springs (FONS) foundation was formed in 2004 to accept tax-deductible donations to fill the budget gaps. Alumni contributions are greatly appreciated. Reunion News
Class of 1981 - Successfully held their 30 year reunion October 22, 2011 at the Five Seasons Brewing Company in Sandy Springs. The coordinator was Stephanie Vaughan Boehmig.
Along with a great turnout and festive reuniting, the Classmates collectively donated just under $1500 to NSHS. A plaque will be installed on school grounds in their honor. Thank you, Stephanie, and the Class of ’81!

Class of 1970 - After their 40th reunion in 2010, the committee met to decide how to handle excess reunion funds. Initially, they thought to donate a nice round number like '1970' dollars to the school. They reviewed the FONS site and found a bench could be commemorated in their class name and that individual bricks could be personalized in a planned sidewalk to memorialize classmates who had passed on. In November, 2011, the donation was made to FONS in support of these North Springs' projects. Thank you, Class of 1970! You rock!
